    Luxembourg City's premium neighbourhoods

Six addresses set the tone for the capital's high-end market. This guide ranks them by our own criteria — land scarcity, architecture, buyer profile, mobility — with the latest official IMMOTOP prices and a market read signed EIRES.

    Our method

The ranking is not about price per m² alone. We weigh four signals: scarcity of buildable land, heritage value, tram/bus/A4 connectivity, and the share of off-market deals tracked by EIRES over the past 24 months.

    01

    Belair

The capital's most prestigious address — patrician villas and Haussmann-style buildings bordering Parc de Merl. Sellers expect absolute discretion; many transactions never reach the open market.
