This page is maintained by EIRES Real Estate to answer common client questions about security, privacy and data protection. It describes the practices visible in the application and is not an independent certification.
The service is hosted on European professional platforms. The commitments below reflect controls enabled by EIRES Real Estate, without claiming audits or certifications of our providers.
Access & authentication
Private client areas (Private Office, owner portal, buyer portal) are protected by personal access links with expiry. Internal EIRES administration uses email + password authentication with signed sessions. Admin roles are verified server-side via a dedicated table — never on the client.
Transport encryption
The whole site, all APIs and all transactional emails are served over HTTPS (TLS). HSTS, X-Frame DENY, X-Content-Type-Options nosniff and a strict CSP are active across the domain.
Data collected & purposes
We only collect the information needed for your request (valuation, contact, viewing, mandate). The detail per purpose is in the privacy policy.
Subprocessors
The up-to-date list of technical subprocessors (hosting, email, payment, AI, electronic signature) and the related contractual safeguards are published on a dedicated page.
Retention & deletion
Retention periods are specified per data category (prospects, mandates, accounting) in the privacy policy. You may at any time request access, rectification or deletion of your data.

The site uses essential cookies (session, language) without consent and anonymised audience measurement with consent. The detail is documented.
