Withdraw from your agreement

Did you sign an agency agreement with EIRES at a distance (electronic signature, e-mail) or away from our offices? You may withdraw without giving a reason and at no cost within 14 days. Simply send your statement before the period ends: we immediately e-mail you an acknowledgement with the date and time.

You may also withdraw by e-mail (contact@eires.lu) or by post (EIRES Real Estate, 44 Rue de Hunsdorf, L-7324 Mullendorf), with or without the model form attached to your agreement.
