Free online property valuation — EIRES Real Estate

EIRES Real Estate offers an entirely free and no-obligation online property valuation for any residential property located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The written valuation is delivered within 2 minutes.

The process has four steps: (1) submit the property details via the online form (type, surface area, location, condition); (2) algorithmic analysis cross-referenced with recent comparable transactions in the neighbourhood; (3) immediate delivery of a written valuation report with every figure justified; (4) optionally, a senior advisor can visit on site by appointment to refine the reading in person.

The valuation is never inflated to win a mandate: if EIRES Real Estate considers the seller’s target price too optimistic, the client is informed honestly. There is no obligation to sign a sales mandate following the valuation.

Every valuation report is reviewed by a senior advisor before it is sent, in line with the code of conduct of the Fédération Immobilière du Luxembourg (FIL), whose President is EIRES Real Estate’s founder Michael Eires.
