Find a property to buy in Luxembourg with your AI agent — EIRES Real Estate

EIRES Real Estate offers a free, conversational property search: the buyer describes what they are looking for to their AI agent — location, property type, bedrooms, budget, financing, outdoor space, parking — in conversation or through a form, in French, English or German.

The selection is drawn from the properties actually for sale in the EIRES Real Estate portfolio in Luxembourg, ranked by how closely they match the criteria; the number of matching properties is shown before any contact details are requested.

The request is recorded in the agency’s CRM: an EIRES advisor takes the search forward with the buyer, and an e-mail alert can announce newly matching properties, with the buyer’s consent.

The same AI agent serves owners who sell: it values a property for free from active market listings and the notarised prices published by the Observatoire de l’Habitat. A buyer who is also selling switches from one project to the other in the same conversation.
