    Find a property to buy in Luxembourg — EIRES Real Estate

    EIRES Real Estate offers a free property search: the buyer describes what they are looking for — location, property type, bedrooms, budget, financing, outdoor space, parking — in one sentence, question by question or in conversation with the EIRES AI agent, in French, English or German.

    The selection is drawn from the properties actually for sale in the EIRES Real Estate portfolio in Luxembourg, ranked by how closely they match the criteria; matching properties appear as the buyer answers, before any contact details are requested.

    The request is recorded in the agency’s CRM: an EIRES advisor takes the search forward with the buyer, and an e-mail alert can announce newly matching properties, with the buyer’s consent.

    Owners who sell value their property for free on the valuation page, from active market listings and the notarised prices published by the Observatoire de l’Habitat. A buyer who is also selling is invited to do so at the end of the search.
