How your answers are used
They are used solely to arrange the viewing of this property and to check that your situation matches the owner's conditions (pre-contractual measures taken at your request, article 6.1.b GDPR).
They are processed internally. The owner receives none of your data before the viewing: they receive a summary file afterwards, to give final approval.
A declined request is anonymised after 3 months; other requests are deleted at the latest 6 months after they were made.
An automatic refusal can always be reviewed by a member of the team. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure): contact@eires.lu.
