They are used solely to arrange the viewing of this property and to check that your situation matches the owner's conditions (pre-contractual measures taken at your request, article 6.1.b GDPR).

They are processed internally. The owner receives none of your data before the viewing: they receive a summary file afterwards, to give final approval.

A request that is not taken forward is anonymised after 3 months; other requests are deleted at the latest 6 months after they were made.

Your answers are kept for 24 hours in your browser, on this device only, so you can pick up where you left off. Your contact details are never stored locally. Everything is cleared when you send.
